No power washing experience required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and clear growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Work alongside a Lead Technician on residential and commercial properties
- Perform power washing and soft washing to top-tier standards
- Safely operate professional-grade equipment and tools
- Drive and operate a 16-ft box truck to and from job sites
- Follow job checklists and safety procedures (training provided)
- Protect customer property and maintain a professional presence
- Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles and equipment
- Use mobile technology for job documentation and reporting
Pay & Perks
- $18 – $22/hr + performance bonuses

Qualifications
- No prior power washing experience required
- Home services experience is a plus (pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, maintenance, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a 16-ft box truck (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors
- Comfortable working at heights using ladders (training provided)
- Reliable, safety-minded, and able to follow instructions
- Must pass background check
- Comfortable working at heights with ladders; willing to be trained on lifts and boom equipment
